Category:Antibodies
Subcategory:Mnoclonal antibodies
Gene name:APBB2; APBB2; FE65L; FE65L1; FE65L; FE65L1
Gene name synonims:APBB2; APBB2; FE65L; FE65L1; FE65L; FE65L1
Other gene names:APBB2; APBB2; FE65L; FE65L1; FE65L; FE65L1
Clonality:Monoclonal
Immunoglobulin isotype:IgG1,k
Clone:12K247
Host organism:Mouse (Mus musculus)
Source organism:Human (Homo sapiens)
Species reactivity:Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
Specificity and cross-reactivity:Recognizes the C-terminal of human beta amyloid peptide 40, and full length beta amyloid peptide 40.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
Purification method:Affinity Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Form/Appearance:Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.0, 1% gelatin, 0.1% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin.
Concentration:N/A
Storage and shipping:Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Tested applications::ELISA (EL/EIA)
Properties:Biotin conjugates can be detected by horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase substrates or anti biotin conjugated antibodies. Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.
Conjugation:Biotinylated
