Extra details

Available ordering format:Lyophilized in phosphate buffer saline, labelled with biotin
Immunogen:native acid phosphatase purified from Solanum tuberosum
Raised in:Rabbit
Clonality:Polyclonal
Clone:Polyclonal
Purification:Purified IgG
How to reconstitute:For reconstitution please add 1 ml of sterile destilled water.
Storage condition:store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
Verified applications:western blot (WB), ELISA (ELISA),immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC)

Recommended dilutions for use:1: 1000 to 1: 4000 for techniques listed above
Molecular weight (expected | аpparent):37.4 kDa
Verified reactivity:Solanum tuberosum
Possible reactivity:Glycine max, Ricinus communis
No reactivity:no confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity known in the moment
Supplementary information:antibody potency and purity has been evaluated by immunoelectrophoresis, single radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), ELISA,immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition.
References:not available at the moment
Scientific context:Acid phosphatase is an enzyme which functions in hydrolysis of phosphate esters.
Notes:biotin/IgG protein molar ratio (B/P) is approximately 6.6. No foreign proteins are added. Marker used for lebling is N-hydroxysuccinimidobiotin.
Protein number:Refer to NCBI
TAIR number:Refer to NCBI
Properties:Biotin conjugates can be detected by horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase substrates or anti biotin conjugated antibodies. Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.
Conjugation:Biotinylated
